The front staff was friendly, the nurse/Tech who escorted me to the exam room was pleasant and friendly. The provider was engaging and took the time to speak with me prior to skin examination. She was very thorough and complimentary to me. My overall experience was superb and I have encouraged my husband to make an appointment with Semler Dermatology in lieu of his previous practice. I had an appointment scheduled with Kristin for a cut on my finger that wasn't healing. Upon arrival to the clinic I was treated with care and respect. Kristin addressed my concerns and gave a course of treatment. She was very caring and compassionate
I was not impressed with Dr. Alharthi. He was very quiet. So quiet that I couldn’t hear him and had to keep asking him to repeat himself. And he didn’t explain what would happen after my procedure. One week later and I don’t see any healing. My skin looks worse than before. I will have to call the office to follow up.
Great practice. I've never sat in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes. Dr Semler is kind, caring and I trust his judgment. I've gone to his practice for many years and highly recommend Dr Semler and his entire staff!
The front office staff is welcoming, efficient, helpful, and friendly. Julie Letsen, PA is thorough, listens, and explains everything well, and cares for two generations of my family. Michael DeMary, the Radiation Therapist, explains everything well, is efficient, and makes the process seamless. I highly recommend Semler Dermatology!
