Kokee Tea - Ashbrook commons

staff are kind and friendly but drink took way too long to come out (15min). it was a simple drink with no toppings, so i thought i should leave a review. it tastes good, but i guess since they just opened the staff aren’t sure of what to do which i understand. way too many people working on drinks, drinks don’t come out in order, i witnessed like 2 mistakes with orders while i was waiting for my order. very kind staff but i hope to see more structure in the staff management in the future (as a former barista) looks like 1 person to take orders and maybe 2, max 3 ppl should be making the drinks at a time given the size of the drink bar. I hope to see improvements in the future- I’ll revisit in a week or two probably. (minor suggestion- make the bar look more professional/organized or just hide the drink bar from customers’ view. if a customer is paying 7-9 bucks a drink they wouldn’t to watch the staff pour out ingredients from cheap plastic containers) nothing personal, just wanted to leave a few suggestions to a new local business that i hope to see thriving in the future!!! xoxo

Best service, very friendly everything came out in a timely manner, THE BEST Croffles I’ve ever had, very fresh very tasty. Drinks were amazing and they have unique flavors alongside original flavors

Absolutely love this place already! Amazing staff and great customer service. Will definitely be back😊

I loved this boba shop! The drinks are fresh and flavorful, and the boba was perfectly chewy. They also have the best matcha I’ve ever tried. The place had a cozy vibe and the staff were really friendly and sweet. I’d definitely will be back again!!

Staff were super sweet and friendly, and I loved the vibes inside the store! I had the brown sugar milk tea with honey boba and it tasted delicious, and came out in a pretty reasonable amount of time for the three drinks I ordered and how crowded the store was for the opening. 10/10 would go again!
