How in the world do people find good representation in MD? I called this office at 8a and someone told me I would get a call after 9a. I called back at 1p after not hearing from someone and the lady who answered me sounded annoyed because she said I spoke with someone and they had already given me the information. That was untrue. They are about a month out but you are expected to pay for the consultation and cannot promise you they are available to help you sooner. I can understand that. I asked if there was someone else who can help sooner and again she said I would have to pay the consultation up front and still may not be able to help me in a quicker time or in the timeframe I needed. Either way, the attitude and sounding frustrated with me was uncalled for. If I wasn’t in need of help, I wouldn’t be calling them. How they have so many reviews..I don’t know. So if you need someone to make you feel like they are willing to help you, avoid this place.

A difficult & abused feeling experience with this firm. I needed legal help to process the estate of my deceased mother. I ended up wasting six months and about $4K, paid in fees, with no outcome with Geller Law. I was first requested to have a mandatory paid initial consultation session to go over my legal help needed. I was introduced to Julie S. during this session. After describing my specific case & needs, she informed me that Geller Law can handle my case. What followed was months of emotional stress & redundant conversations with the staff of this firm that yielded no results. It became clear to me that they didn’t know how to legally handle my case. Some staff members were argumentative & appeared trying to take advantage of this emotional situation for me. There were redundant conversations that I was later billed for. I concluded that this firm is not the choice that can handle my case professionally. I terminated my work with them. The new law firm I selected to handle my case turned out to be more knowledgeable for my case. And, more compassionate with me. The process was handled smoothly & professionally to completion.

She looks amazing online I think most of her reviews are fake I really thought I hired the best firm in Maryland per her reviews. I hired sandra from sept 2025- January 2026 after the first mediation I hired another firm. If you want to lose your case hire sandra Guzman. every time there was a conference she did not know anything about my case Sydney her assistant is the one working for your case 24/7 but sandra is the face on everything it was a horrible experience. I dislike putting reviews but since this is something that affects ppl’s life I decided to tell my story.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent experience. I paid the $250 consultation fee with the understanding that I would receive further guidance, including a retainer agreement, but I have not received any follow-up communication. Additionally, I have not heard from the assistant despite waiting and reaching out. I made it clear that I was not expecting services without compensation—I was prepared to move forward appropriately. However, the lack of communication and follow-through has been disappointing and unprofessional. At this point, I will be seeking assistance elsewhere or at minimum a refund.
