wanted a quick bite and found this cute little store/snack shop. had a grilled pork bánh mì and a Vietnamese iced coffee. the pork isn't what I'm used to w a shiny glazed but rather almost lemongrass grilled flavor – which is still good. really enjoyed the fresh veggies and pickled daikon & carrots were just the right amount of sweet & sour w an excellent crunch. the bread had a nice baguette firmness but not too hard and slight chewy on the inside. perfect to hold the fillings without being soaked or crumbly. the iced coffee was on the lighter side w the coffee not being as dark and robust like a chicory hint but more geared towards kids & the youths; nevertheless, still was a good drink and did the job the gentleman was pleasant and friendly. whole vibe of store was very fun and inviting. definitely would come back

What's going on here? Other than the shrimp wontons the meat tastes like they tore open a bag of frozen Sysco synth food, threw it on a griddle while still frozen and served it up. Chewy and flavorless. I feel like I got scammed. Don't believe the positive reviews. They are either bots or don't have any taste buds. Any food you make at home will taste better than this. If you're thinking of giving this place a try just grab a pack of ramen and do yourself a favor.

Got this delivered so I can't speak for the quality of the restaurant itself. We ordered 2 milk teas, 1 beef sandwich, and 1 tofu bowl. We didn't enjoy the food or drinks. The milk teas were watery, and the matcha was a weird pale color. The food was bland for both meals, so it wasnt a specific dish. Everything genuinely looked so good, we were excited to try it but we were sorely dissapointed by each item.

My friends and I visited 4 Sisters for our most recent gathering. They had a huge array of packaged snacks (yan-yans, hi chews, gummy candies, and more), merch (Pokémon socks, keychains, etc), hot food, and all types of drinks. I ordered the taro milk tea with boba (my go-to milk tea order) and shared a pork banh mi with a friend. Both were wonderful and reasonably priced. It was hard to choose because everything sounded amazing. Besides the amazing food, the service here truly stood out. Everyone was so kind and our orders were ready quickly and accurately. Most places will encourage you to leave after some time but here, they gave us some fries to try, which were perfectly crispy and amazingly seasoned. There was just enough seating for our group of five to sit by the window comfortably. There are also some benches out front and a smaller kids table. Parking was super easy! Would highly recommend stopping by here to pick up some snacks and grab a meal!

My favorite local spot. I’ve grown up with this place, and the quality of the pho is consistent and delicious. Very fair portions, kind kitchen staff, and incredible flavors. Grateful this place is nearby. I trust them to make good pho for me whenever I crave it. I even bring my family and friends here.

Probably the best Bún bò huế I have for a while. Got the authentic toppings with good beef, pork hog and blood curd, very generous amount of portion and side herbs, they even have banana blossoms. Note to the restaurant, if you make beef banana blossom salad, I'd be a regular every week as the Viet place I usually go to for that has soup that's not nearly as good as yours.

Teabreak is a cute spot and could be a convenient bite especially if you're a student at NVCC across the street. The quality of the food was good. Rich pho broth, good meat selection, and balanced handcrafted boba tea. Plus they have good deals on their combos (I got combo number 2 which comes with regular sized pho, any milk tea, and a spring roll or egg roll for just around $23) Where Teabreak falls short is the service and the space in general. The space itself is VERY crampt, with about 8 tables, so it feels claustrophobic. The service when I went was also disappointing. Our waiter was very curt and seemed annoyed to take our order. As if that wasn't bad enough, we waited for almost 45 minutes for our food, only to find out our waiter never sent the orders to the kitchen. I don't think the staff would've even noticed if I hadn't ask the manager myself. We also felt very rushed because of how little space there was. Staff kept looking at us and trying to clear our spot before we were finished. I know it was probably because they wanted to seat the waiting customers as soon as possible, but we were only there long because they didn't bring our food out until almost an hour into us being there. Even when they started bringing out food to our table, they first brought us the wrong order, and even through it was sitting on our table for alost 5 minutes, when the waiter finally came back and we told him that we hadn't ordered what they brought us, he proceeded to try and take it to the right table right off of our table. I just feel like that's not sanitary. Obviously, we didn't touch the dish since we didn't order it, but he couldn't have known that for sure. Overall, I still enjoyed the food. It was just everything else about the whole experience that was unsavory. Maybe it was an anomaly, but first impressions are the ones that last in my opinion. For that reason I wouldn't recommend this spot. There are PLEANTY of delicious pho spots in NOVA that have great food AND professional service. No need to waste time and money on a place that doesn't have the customer in mind.

First time trying Pho-Nomenal. They are 4 time award winners for best Vietnamese food in the area (according to their menu) so our expectations were pretty high. They were good. Service could've been a little better. The water was warm, not even tap cold, just warm. And never were we asked if we wanted refills. Staff was nice, just not very attentive. Our food was good. It's a pretty small establishment, and we will go back again to give it another try. I do want to try the pho.

Big fan of pho from NY and saw some raving reviews about this joint. Stopped by for a quick lunch on July 4th and everything was amazing. I was greeted and sat immediately, ordered my usual go to – veggie pho with summer rolls. The food, service, and atmosphere were great! Added on a lychee punch to hit the road on the hot day and it was divine. I highly recommend this spot for your pho needs!

Came here on a Wednesday evening with my wife – our first time eating Vietnamese food. The service was good. The menu was colorful and had a lot of options. We were seated right away and the food came quickly. We got Banh mi sandwiches and spring rolls, which were good. Maybe a little heavy on the cucumber. The prices were reasonable, especially for One Loudoun. The music was pleasant. Overall a nice dining experience.

Great food and drinks! Everything we ordered was delicious. The fried crispy tofu was the absolute standout. We also got the mango salad (really good), the egg banh mi (fresh bread and great flavor), and the pho — simple, clean, and incredibly flavorful. Loved that they offer a separate vegetarian menu. The place itself is simple with no-frills décor, but the service was good. They also have great drink options; the Thai tea with boba was tasty, and they even let you customize sweetness, which was a nice touch. A must-try spot for sure!

I really enjoyed this place, the moment you walk in you are seated. When I walked in it was not horribly busy, it has a very limited seating area. I must say it’s a very comforting setting with the aromas that are coming from the kitchen. The pho was good! Did it have the juiciest chicken? No but it did have the best noodles and broth! The bowl was really big and delicious.

I really enjoy this place. Their boba is consistently cooked perfectly. Not too firm or mushy. I always prefer milk tea over the fruit slushies, so I can’t speak to those. Their milk teas are smooth and you can adjust your preference in sweetness. They have a great selection of toppings as well. My one suggestion would be to add more variety to their milk teas. Some milk tea suggestions would be: ginger-milk teas, lavender and rose milk tea, masala chai, rose chai, honey ginger, turmeric ginger, cardamom rose, etc. So many options! Their avocado smoothie recipe could use a little enhancing. They may already have this, but just in case, having milk alternatives would be great as well. (Almond, Coconut milk) The service is nice, and they often play great 90’s R&B music! 😜

Went to get boba/coffee here on the suggestion of a friend, after an all-you-can-eat lunch at So Korean. Did not disappoint! The owner, Richard, is really friendly and engaged. He offered us a cup of their coffee, to taste it at base form, which was delicious. He went on to explain that most everything they use on their drinks is freshly made in-house, and this is evident on the quality of their products. I got the Vietnamese Sea Salt Coffee, which was excellent – a tad sweet but that's how Vietnamese coffee has always been to me. Suggestion is to add coffee jelly. Location is very clean, spacious, and has ample parking. They frequently have promotions too, so make sure you check their website and/or call ahead.

My entire family is so so happy to see a bubble tea addition to the Brambleton community. We’ve stopped by multiple times already for their free sample soft opening to try out their drinks. Check their Facebook page for their next selection of free samples. We are bubble tea snobs and must say that their drinks don’t disappoint. Just the right amount of sweetness and the boba is kept warm and has the right amount of chewiness. Best of all, this is a family owned small business with very sweet owners. They made a special full size slush for my son because the owner knew that little kids can’t have tea (we didn’t even have to ask. You don’t get that level of attention just anywhere). You totally need to give them a try before this hidden gem gets super popular! P.S: their grand opening is 12/19! Don’t miss out!

Y-Tea the real question is why would you go here from all the wonderful places in the area.. me and my friends love matcha and trying out new places when we get the chance (which is not often), we came upon this place because we briefly looked it up, I was on my way to this place, and when I got there, it looked so excluded and it was hidden in almost a neighborhood. We really thought the place was closed, there no lights from the outside, so we went inside and there was 2 girls (maybe high schoolers?) they looked at me like I’m lost .. and was not suppose to be there.. no hello, no warm welcome, just judgement like wth. Anyway, we browsed the menu and me and my friend got the same thing, because I always trust her when it comes to picking out a delicious drink. She ordered before me and got the "Oreo brûlée matcha green tea" which by the name sounded so good, next it was my turn to order, and I tell the girl "I would like the same thing but with EXTRA Oreos", there is a sign in front of the register stating the different percentages of sugar (25-100%) I asked her how much sugar does this drink already come with and she took a pause and was like 100… and I was like okay, so anyone would assume if a drink is 100% then it would be sweet, anyway we are waiting for our drink now, the sitting area is cute I will say, it’s very aesthetic. We finally got our drinks, and they looked alright I guess, me and my friend do a taste test together, and our emotions could not lie, and could not hide the fact that the drink was NOT GOOD and NOT SWEET AT ALL EVEN WITH "100%", like we were so DISAPPOINTED because we really had high hopes of this place, so no we will not be going back because who likes to waste their money, gas, and time. All the best to anyone who tries this place. You will not NOT feel welcomed. One last suggestion I have is PLEASE GET BETTER QUALITY MATCHA. Thanks but no thanks.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Phenomenal Ramen Experience! I recently visited Bubblebee X Ramen, and I have to say, this place exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy vibe that made it the perfect spot to enjoy a comforting bowl of ramen. I ordered the Pork Tonkotsu Ramen, and it was hands-down one of the best bowls I’ve ever had. The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, with a deep umami taste that you could tell had been simmered for hours to perfection. It had that perfect creamy consistency you look for in a proper tonkotsu broth—full-bodied but not overly heavy. The noodles were cooked just right, with a nice chewy texture that held onto the broth beautifully. But the real star of the show was the chashu pork—tender, perfectly marbled, and bursting with flavor. It had just the right amount of fat to melt in your mouth with every bite. The toppings were fresh and well-balanced, from the crisp green onions to the delicious marinated egg with that perfectly jammy yolk. I also tried the Coconut Milk Tea, and it was absolutely delicious! The coconut flavor was rich and creamy without being too overpowering, and the sweetness was perfectly balanced. It had a smooth, refreshing taste that paired wonderfully with the bold flavors of the ramen. Easily one of the best milk teas I’ve had! Beyond the food, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making sure everything was just right. You can tell they really care about the quality of their dishes and the experience they provide to their customers. Overall, if you’re a ramen lover, Bubblebee X Ramen is an absolute must-try! The flavors are authentic, the portions are generous, and the experience is nothing short of amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their menu! 10/10 highly recommend!

staff are kind and friendly but drink took way too long to come out (15min). it was a simple drink with no toppings, so i thought i should leave a review. it tastes good, but i guess since they just opened the staff aren’t sure of what to do which i understand. way too many people working on drinks, drinks don’t come out in order, i witnessed like 2 mistakes with orders while i was waiting for my order. very kind staff but i hope to see more structure in the staff management in the future (as a former barista) looks like 1 person to take orders and maybe 2, max 3 ppl should be making the drinks at a time given the size of the drink bar. I hope to see improvements in the future- I’ll revisit in a week or two probably. (minor suggestion- make the bar look more professional/organized or just hide the drink bar from customers’ view. if a customer is paying 7-9 bucks a drink they wouldn’t to watch the staff pour out ingredients from cheap plastic containers) nothing personal, just wanted to leave a few suggestions to a new local business that i hope to see thriving in the future!!! xoxo

This is hands down my family’s favorite Chinese restaurant in Ashburn. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and high quality, and we’ve had a great experience every time we order. What really sets Chau’s Cafe apart, though, is the personal service. The owner is incredibly attentive and genuinely cares about her customers. She remembers the small special requests our family has made in the past and will actually remind us about them when we order to make sure everything is prepared exactly the way we like it. That level of personal attention is rare and makes us feel like truly valued customers. Great food, consistently excellent service, and a wonderful local business. We highly recommend Chau’s Cafe!

I don’t normally write reviews but this is the third time we’ve had a rude encounter with the manager here. He always seems annoyed when people come in large groups. He mumbles things under his breath and throws stuff, literally clash and bang in the kitchen. You can see he is visibly annoyed…. when customers come in he is rude about the stuff they order and states it’s because he’s stressed he’s getting multiple orders. This is the third time this has happened to us to the point my friend said she doesn’t want to come to this location because she is scared of the manager. When he’s out of boba he tells people rudely as well, practically yelling at them and it gets so awkward. I hope this makes sense, but wont be going back to the location and I will be emailing any corporate lol because it feels like anxiety walking in here. Also would like to add I’ve talked to people who have had similar experiences, all with the same manager.

20240720 Excellent customer service, but Red Bean Slush is too thick. The employee, a darker skin man – I didn't get his name, was very nice, not sure why the complaints. People need to try to be friendly toward service people, and they will be surprised by the friendly response they would get. When I got there, I only saw 1 employee, and he was quiet. I started a friendly conversation, and he responded in a friendly manner. I chi chatted a little while I ordered my drink. When I asked if they had a bathroom for customers, he said no. I told him that I had just taken a walk around the lake, and he suggested that I could go to Subway next door. He said that it was ok when I commented that I prefer to by sonething if I'm going to use another restaurant's bathroom. I went to DD, and when I returned, my red bean slush was ready. I think it was a mistake to get red bean topping, it made the red bean slush very thick, or maybe he put in too much red bean in the slush. It didn't taste like the red bean slush I usually get from their Springfield location. The Large red bean slush with red bean topping plus 20% tip was close to $10. Gotta love Bidenomics. 🙄
