Wingler House Apartments

If you are considering Wingler House under Quantum Real Estate, please think twice. My father, who has a brain disorder and struggles with communication, was living there for years. During that time, the staff accepted three separate rent checks from him every month without ever questioning why. This went on for years. When I brought this up to management, they ignored multiple emails and only called another staff member to discuss me — never responding to me directly. This is not how you treat residents or their families, especially vulnerable seniors. Next step HUD field office UPDATE: they still haven’t responded to any of my emails and it’s been a year almost. Maybe contact the White House and see if they can do audits and find out what is going on with HUD.

I have lived here at Wingler House going on three years. The people, location, the staff are all great, kind and and helpful. People are really wonderful. It truly is a great place to live.

My parents are really happy here. They have been in a 2 bedroom here for more than 2 years. The residents are very sweet to everyone. The front office staff is helpful and they have activities happening all month long. I didn't give it 5 stars, because it needs some upgrading. The recently received a grant and will be upgrading all the kitchens.

I like this place. The staff is friendly. The residents are friendly and yet they respect other residents' privacy. One building has a terrific 4th floor "patio" that is screened in a very large. It is easy to walk to the Giant store because there are sidewalks all the way. It looks like Peapod services the area too!

The office staff is very friendly, kind and professional, the grounds and complex is well kept, the community has a lot to offer for 55+ folks, I highly recommend checking them out!
