Writing for Meryl Mcghee, who helped us find and lease a condo in the NoVa area. Meryl went above and beyond with her role, including assisting with us car transport, inspecting the condo with us, and answering various questions we had about the leasing process. She did all of this and more with a fantastic attitude and timely responses. Would highly recommend her for those looking for a realtor in this area!
Realtors are a dime a dozen nowadays, and this firm proves the word "professional" is used loosely. Buyers will end up finding their own deals while the agent simply waits for a commission. Sellers who are contacted by this office should not even engage. A property owner should never have to manage redundant, back-to-back communication from both the agent and the buyer at the same time for the same information. If an agent is representing a client, they should be the single point of contact, not a bottleneck. The lack of basic due diligence was obvious when the agent initiated contact without even having the property address.
Had a tour scheduled through Zillow today with Kimberly. We confirmed the tour through Zillow 3 times and then also this morning. We drive 45 minutes to the property. We wait and don’t hear from Kimberly. Then we give her a call and she says since we didn’t respond to her text today she was unsure if we would be going. After we already confirmed the tour today and about 3 other times through Zillow.

I would not recommend buying a house from this company. After purchasing our home, we discovered far too many problems. It feels like they only made cosmetic improvements to make the house look nice before selling it, while many underlying issues were left unresolved
