British Swim School at Aloft Dulles Airport North - Ashburn

I’ve truly enjoyed my time with BSS and can’t say enough good things about Carlos and his team. The instruction was excellent, and the program is clearly well thought out. What stood out most to me was how the training allowed me to learn at a comfortable pace while still building real, practical skills. I now feel confident in my ability to prevent a water-related emergency and even assist someone in distress if needed—which is invaluable. I thought so highly of the program that I also enrolled my grandsons, and it’s been great to see them benefit from the same high-quality instruction. Carlos has created a great environment for learning, and it shows in both the quality of instruction and the overall experience. Highly recommend this program to anyone looking to build confidence and skills in the water!

My 3.5 years old son doing great since he started here he made a big progress and he is not scared of water anymore we really like instructors here they are more professional than any other swim instructors we have met so far We love British swim school as a family.

I couldn't be happier with the results we've seen at the British Swim School! My grandson has made truly remarkable progress in such a short amount of time. It's a testament to their effective approach. While all the instructors have their individual strengths, I have to give a special shout-out to Carlos. His teaching style has resonated the most with us and I've found it to be particularly effective. He is a great instructor, and my grandson's rapid development is a clear reflection of his excellent guidance. We are thrilled with the choice we made!

I felt very welcome at British Swim School. Carlos and the entire staff in Ashburn and Sterling, VA locations, were incredibly kind accommodating and made it easy for me to get comfortable with both the pool and the oval environment.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with British Swim School over the past month and a half! Our son (2.5 years old) has made awesome progress in such a short time. He went from crying every time he was submerged to now being comfortable with back floats, going under, and now even practicing torpedo rolls. The instructors are amazing with young kids - patient, kind, and clearly experienced. They create a fun and supportive environment that helps build confidence in the water. We’re so glad we joined and highly recommend it to any parent looking for quality swim lessons!
