Propel Swim Academy

We’ve had a great experience at Propel Swim Academy. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the environment is very welcoming. You can really tell the instructors are passionate about what they do and enjoy working with the kids. My children are very happy here and always look forward to the days they have swim class. Seeing them excited to come back every week makes a big difference for me. Definitely a great place for kids to learn how to swim.

Propel Swim Academy has been such a great experience for us. The facility is beautiful and clean, and you can tell they really care about keeping everything organized. All the instructors are professionals and so nice. I love getting the app updates, and the supervisors actually check in with me about how my daughter is doing. I do want to give a special shout-out to my daughter’s swim instructor Alan. He’s a true professional, so friendly, always smiling, and he makes swim lessons fun. My eight year old daughter absolutely loves him and can’t wait to get to class. She’s come so far in just eight months. With all my heart, I do recommend Propel for parents who are looking for top tier swim lessons for their kids.

Last year, we switched to Propel Swim School after being with another swim school for a while, and it's been such a positive change for our family. I'll be honest — when we did our initial assessment, both of my kids were placed in a lower level than they'd been in at their previous school, and at first we were pretty surprised (and a little annoyed, if I'm being honest!). But the owners took the time to walk us through their reasoning, and we decided to trust the process. I'm so glad we did. Nick and his team are amazing! Looking back, that placement was exactly what my kids needed. Propel really focuses on mastering technique before moving swimmers up to the next level, rather than rushing through levels for the sake of progress. My kids' backstroke in particular has completely turned around — technique that felt "off" for a long time at our old school finally clicked here. Both of my kids have grown so much as swimmers since we made the switch. It's clear the instructors care about building a strong foundation, not just checking boxes to advance kids quickly. If you're considering Propel and get a placement that surprises you, my advice is: trust the process. It's worked wonders for us.

We're having a excellent experience at Propel with both of our swimmers, who couldn't be more different. One child has always been confident in the water and continues to be challenged and excel. Our other was initially reluctant to even enter the pool but the instructors were always patient and understanding - now they have another enthusiastic little swimmer. The staff have always been friendly and professional. Scheduling, missing, and make ups are easily managed through their app.

Propel is the absolute BEST swim school. The staff is friendly and warm, my kids are so comfortable with everyone there. The lessons are effective and my kids have come a long way since starting there. We love propel and are so happy to be part of the propel family!
