Music & Arts

This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ve visited this store three separate times, and every single visit was a complete disaster. Whether I was renting a musical equipment, purchasing, or trying to exchange an item, the representatives were clueless, and untrained, The level of unprofessionalism was shocking. No urgency, no accountability, no basic courtesy. It felt like helping customers was an inconvenience to them. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this store. Completely unacceptable.

RON MITCHELL, BASS GUITAR AND BAND PREPARATION!!! Ron is the Most Amazing Music Teacher ever. Believe you me, I had trepidation about learning the Bass at 68 years. I didn't even know how to turn on an amp! Ron guided me thru the process. Tuning, scales, and octaves. Riffs, practice, and perfection. Now I'm composing music and part of a band. THANK YOU, RON MITCHELL!!! MVP, ROCK STAR and ALL TIME BEST. Promotion and Pay Raise are warranted!

They are always helpful , this is what a neighborhood vendor/store is supposed to be like , friendly atmosphere , always greeted but not hounded . I went in yesterday like usual looking for one specific item and found it with choices available. I went in expecting to spend 30 $ Left spending 100$ , But i found something Ive been looking for, for a while and it was the last one. Also Jim was very helpful , because of him I may be back on payday to buy the guitar I want. The reason im leaving this comment ( i never do ) is because this guy , if he didnt know the answer , honestly, he said so ! he didnt make up some story. This store has my business.

Super helpful! Especially Marco! They answer the phone when you call! And had both the repair piece we needed, and a backup plan to make one if the didn't have it. Plus lightning-fast install help. Thanks guys!!

Very nice place and attention. Happy with the quality and price of my new bass! 🎸
