Presidential Limousine

Max is amazing!!! As soon as my flight landed, I had a text from him, confirming that he was waiting for me at the designated area. The ride was smooth, safe, and enjoyable. His communication and professionalism were excellent on my return trip as well. Having confidence in your driver gives such peace of mind when traveling! I would highly recommend trying to book with Max when visiting Northern Virginia.

MAX was absolutley wonderful!!!! He arrived on time, very cordial. He was a true gentlemen. We were all briefed well, given cool beverages and on time for our funeral at Arlington. Max was very genuine and truly cared for our loss of a loved one. He made everything better and drove safely. Also an extremely clean limo!! Max is the chauffeur to get!

Absolutely thrilled and happy with the scheduling provided by Rocky and the punctual, professional, and courteous Limo driver (Max). Max and Rocky made certain everything we needed was taken care of, at our first request, and we were fully satisfied at every point in our four hour reservation. Highly recommend this outstanding team!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!! I had a very disappointing experience with Presidential Limousine. From the moment my call was answered, the representative was rude and unprofessional. When I tried to provide the pickup location, he claimed I was "speaking wrong" instead of simply asking for clarification. He interrupted me multiple times, didn’t listen, and then abruptly put me on hold without explanation for an extended period. Customer service like this is unacceptable—especially for a company that markets itself for important events like weddings. First impressions matter, and this interaction alone was enough for me to decide not to move forward with booking. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.

Sadly this car service was a disaster from the start. After speaking with Rocky several times about the bait and switch of this business I felt confident I was making a good choice for my group. Max ran a few minutes late, that wasn’t a problem until he sat in the van and had prayer time while us ladies carried everything down to the van. When he was finished he opened the van and the most horrific musty smell was there. So bad we were not sure we could get in. Max looked at our few bags and couple of coolers and started complaining to us about how there wasn’t going to be enough room. We were only 6 ladies. And looking at the contents in our bags and immediately started telling us we couldn’t have chips. Rocky already knew what we were bringing onboard and just discussed being careful. Our ages are from 24-66. We are not some high school party girls. He would not help us with the media player. Said we would just have to figure it out. The 24 yo was picked up midway of our destination and was able to get music for us. Max was very heavy on the breaks and there were several times we had things sliding all around. We were also bothered that there was no partition between the guests and driver and he stated he’s heard it all. There are many more points but this is how our night started. This trip cost $1800!!!! Absolutely absurd!!! Probably the worst business deal I’ve ever done in my life!!
