Jeff Warner Land Surveying Inc

Called Jeff Warner on 21 July 2025 and left a message looking for a simple 2 acre land survey. Never received a return call. Called back on 23 July and spoke to Jeff. He said "they" were busy right now with a project but would be done soon and would call back. It's 22 August and no one has called back. Unreliable, small business operation with no record management or simply doesn't follow through with customers. Would not recommend.

Last year a known squatter and scammer tried to steal a part of my land, and this person enlisted this company to help them. They sent me a letter saying that researched all the deed's and history of my lot, and I did not own it. Supposedly when they conducted a survey of my neighbors lot, my family ran them away and we moved all the property markings and stakes they put in. So after some time in court and having my own independent survey done, it turns out I do own everything I thought I did. Either this company is not very good at their job or they are complete liars and they were trying to steal my land with that scammer. Stay far away from this company. Dec. 2025 - UPDATE/RESPONSE to comment below. I should have been more clear, I did not go to court with this company I went to court with the scammer. I still have the letter that my family and I received from this company, just to verify that all this happened.

One of the most honest businesses you'll find today. I highly recommend Mr. Warner for your surveys. He's a little busy at the moment, but it's worth the wait. He's great*****

Called and asked questions on a site build was very knowledgeable and Worth the call.

Jeff completely understood the reason behind me needing my property line marked and went above and beyond to help me out!
