He provided a plat map of our property upon his arrival, which was super helpful and very much appreciated. What really stood out to me was how thorough he was. During the survey, he discovered our property lines had been previously mismarked by the town where it bisected with right-of-ways. Contacted Bob on Friday and he responded within an hour. A cancelled appointment was to my advantage. Bob came over on Saturday and completed an extensive survey complete with permanent and semi-permanent markers to trace the very unusual left-side property line of my house. Of note was he identified a property line issue where one of my neighbors has fencing over the property line. So glad he identified the issue as we're in the planning phase for erecting fencing. Prompt service, ighly skilled and highly recommended.
