Skyline Roofing

We had an outstanding experience with this company from start to finish. What started as a roofing project turned into several different repairs and upgrades around our home, and they handled every single one professionally and with great attention to detail. They replaced our roof and gutters, repaired sections of our fence, replaced damaged window screens, completed interior painting work, and even added a beautiful bay window that completely changed the look and feel of the room. Everything was done with quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and genuine care for the final result. What really set them apart though was how hard they fought for us throughout the insurance process. They advocated for us every step of the way and worked tirelessly to maximize the insurance payout so the repairs could be done properly instead of cutting corners. That level of persistence and customer support is rare these days. The crew was respectful, punctual, and kept the property clean throughout the project. You can tell they take pride in their work. We’ve dealt with contractors before, and this was by far one of the smoothest and most trustworthy experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing/general contractor company that truly stands behind their customers.

This is my 2nd time using Carlos's services. The first time my neighbor recommended him in Berryville. He was great, efficient and completed the work on time. Insurance was involved and he made the process very ease by having a public adjuster be part of the process. 2 yrs later my parents who are elderly needed the roof replaced on their rental property in Fairfax. My parents were getting ridiculous quotes and none of the roofer's could be trusted. I reached out to Carlos and he was willing to help my parents out. He mentioned he is now servicing Loudound County and Burke was not outside his service area. He undid what my parents did by calling the insurance company directly. Started the process and had the insurance cover the roof replacement. He found other things that needed to be fixed, that the he filed supplements on and had it covered. He sends you videos and pics of the roof and any other damage he notices. Overall he is the one of the few contracter's you can trust and does quality work. You will not be dissapointed by using his company!

Carlos and his team did an excellent job repairing the damaged roof trim on my home. Communication was great throughout the process. He explained the repair clearly, answered all of my questions, and sent before and after photos. The repair looks great, and he came back to paint the trim so everything matched. Overall, I’m very happy with the workmanship and appreciate how responsive and professional he was.

These guys are amazing. They came out and installed temporary tarp on my roof after it got badly damaged from a storm. Then came out shortly after to replace the whole roof. The crew was very professional and they did a great job. The communication throughout the entire process was fantastic! I highly recommend these guys if your having any roof issues

Skyline (Especially Carlos F) did a great job on our complete roof replacement. Skyline made sure we had the roof leak temporarily secured very quickly while getting the project scoped, quoted, ordered and scheduled. The final interior work was done quickly and efficiently! Overall, Skyline was extremely responsive and provided outstanding customer service and great value overall.
