Starbucks Coffee Company

I ordered a hot latte from Starbucks, but the cup was mostly foam and was not filled properly. There was very little coffee compared to the amount of foam, which was disappointing. I usually expect better consistency and quality from Starbucks. I hope the team pays more attention to drink preparation in the future.

This Starbucks has the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. He was completely argumentative and nasty for absolutely no reason. I get the same drink at Starbucks every day I asked for it here and they said they couldn’t make it and then he started giving me weird options and I And I asked if they had ice and he said yes and I said do you have a cappuccino and he said yes and I said can you not pour that over ice and he said no we don’t do that then he started talking down to me condescendingly for no good reason until I ultimately left never experienced anything like this before at a Starbucks .

Clean, and was busy - but they still took the time to train their folks how to handle allergies, and kept the clean tongs clear and free to use on my food without letting it be set down anywhere or mixed up with others. Solid croissant but a bit smaller than what you can get at a Panera or Wegmans. Pastry is more flaky and thick, not as light.

honestly this starbucks was one of the best i've ever been to. ethan, hamza, and shak are seriously the best employees!!! i was here with my aunt and they made our drinks perfectly! i also came with my dog Stevo, and hamza handed us a super cute pup cup! the bathrooms were clean, the service was great, and our drinks were perfect! thank you to the entire staff, but especially hamza shak ethan. you guys rock! stevo misses you guys already! UPDATE 11/5/25 this starbucks is STILL so great and consistent. my dog Stevo yearns to come here everytime he gets in my car. we do stop by whenever we can! we receive outstanding service each time. i do want to say, however, that i did witness an employee taking out the trash, and the poor barista fell into the bushes because it was so heavy. maybe split up the trash more to make it less heavy. i got out of my car and gave the barista a hug and a kiss on the forehead to make sure they were okay. overall, good location!

One of the older Starbucks in Ashburn. Seen better days. Ashburn Crossroads. Seeking to hire like many places. Ordered London Fog Latte and the questions I was getting told me the server had no clue this was a tea. Sure enough when it was delivered as a coffee I had to explain the mistake. 2 staff (friendly) having fun chatting which is super nut please pay attention to the order.
