Peet's Coffee

I would like to share my experience for today. The order I placed was fine. As I was picking up my order, these two young unprofessional employees were giving the looks to each other as if I wasn’t going to catch their expression. It’s not hard to say "May I help you" or "are you waiting on anything "? When a client ordered, the young American lady asked are you waiting on anything with an attitude. I responded yes. I saw she used 2% milk and I ordered with nonfat milk. I politely asked her if the milk is nonfat and says "yup". It wasn’t. I had to throw it away. My husband is allergic to 2% milk. I didn’t like the vibe there nor the customer service. It was a big turned off. I will not return there again. The quality of the drink I ordered was poorly made. The chocolate syrup is all the way down to Peet’s cup. All the Peet’s I’ve gone to, this location doesn’t taste like anything what I had today. Horrible service, poor customer service, and very low quality food service.

Meh. $7 for a small iced latte with no add ons. Just tasted like flavored milk. Service was not great. Other customers that were in there with me weren’t happy either 😭😭

I came in for two iced matchas on 07/13/2026 at around 4:00 p.m. First of all, the employee was very rude. The way she spoke to us while we were ordering was unprofessional. When we received our drinks, both matchas tasted watered down. We ended up throwing them away and going to Starbucks instead. I won’t be coming back to this Peet’s Coffee location.

I’ve to number of Peet’s coffee this had to be the worst!!! While I was waiting for my coffee I watches all the employees in that coffee shop have a 10 ten conversation about there night before they started make my cappuccino. On top that, I saw a customer pick up her drink to order, grab it, put a straw in her drink and walk out. Within 5 minutes come back, put her drink back at the pick up place where picked it up and told the manager I’m waiting for my drink. Manager handed her the correct drink and she walked out. The manager then took the used straw out of the drik that she left it and waited for another customer to pick up that drink. This Peet’s coffee shop needs to have a visit from the health inspection and get an OSHA complaint!!! This was the worst… be careful when ordering on line and picking up your drink… you will never know who else tasted your drink.

My visits to Peet’s are consistently enjoyable, and this location is no exception. The coffee is always spot on—I actually just picked up a new roast to enjoy at home. I recently tried the Horchata Latte, which was incredible; even on a hot day, it served as the perfect "cozy" mid-afternoon pick-up. I also want to commend this specific shop's management. While it appeared slightly less stocked than other locations, it’s clear this is a mindful effort to reduce product waste. As a customer, I highly value and respect that level of sustainability. The Service The cashier was lovely and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I received a discount on my latte since I was also purchasing a bag of beans. It’s that kind of thoughtful service that keeps me coming back. Room for Improvement While I’ve always been a big fan of the brand, I found the atmosphere during this visit a bit unprofessional. There was a lot of loud shouting between staff members regarding personal text conversations and employees who weren't present. Between the excessive laughing and someone dropping a blender on the floor without much regard for the noise, it was a bit off-putting while trying to enjoy the cafe environment. I certainly appreciate a fun workplace, but some of the younger staff may need a bit more guidance on maintaining appropriate conversation levels and professionalism while on shift around customers. I’ve noticed this trend at a few locations recently, and it would be great to see the "cozy" atmosphere matched by a more mindful team presence. Would I return? Yes—the quality of the product and the helpfulness of the checkout staff remain top-tier.
