F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Matt from FH was outstanding! He took the time to walk me through everything and was incredibly thorough from start to finish. He explained all of the electrical work in a way that was easy to understand, including the importance of GFCI protection, current electrical codes, and the rules and regulations that help keep a home safe. What I appreciated most was that he never pressured me. Instead, he gave me several repair options, clearly explained the pros and cons of each, and helped me make an informed decision. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail gave me confidence that my home is properly protected. I highly recommend Matt and the team at FH to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and professional electrician. Excellent service!

I had Matt in today, with Jonathan shadowing him, and they did great work! Every part of the process was explained to me - what was wrong, what that meant, what it was supposed to look like, and how to fix it. They originally came in for the yearly free maintenance check you get with a membership, but they found an issue with our water pressure system. They fixed it within a couple hours, and were out of my house by noon with a full comprehensive list of what they had done, how long it should last, and an easy expectation that if *anything* was wrong later, they would fix it (for free, up to a year later). Both young men were very helpful, friendly, and professional.

Gustavo Hernandez was excellent! Fh furr has always given us excellent service from plumbing to HVAC. The technicians are respectful of my home. They are very knowledgeable. I have been having issues with my sump for a while with three floods to deal with. No one seemed to know what the issue was and my last sump pump failed in less than a year. But today, Mr Hernandez was able to solve the problem and we are forever grateful. We have the home service plan and it has really paid off. They have a lot of availability and are great with communicating on the day of service.

Accolades and Applause for Brian Newton!!! My husband and I were more than pleased with the work and results from Mr. Newton! His overall professionalism, humility, patience and ongoing explanations of each and every step of our project, was more than exemplary! As Mr. Newton was with us for the entire day, he literally took time to not only answer our questions, but also educated us on each and every step. His overall workmanship was outstanding and needless to say, he left nothing unturned as our garage was left exactly in the way it was when Mr. Newton began. Please note that this was our first time in contacting FH Furr, and we were overwhelmed with the immediate appointment given to us and Mr. Newton’s demeanor, most detailed attention to each and every aspect of his work and above all else, the commitment he showed in making sure all areas of workmanship were completed and workable in every way!!! We commend him for EVERYTHING he did for us today! May he continue to succeed each and every day, so that others as we were today, will truly benefit from his service and success!! Our sincere thanks to Mr. Brian Newton! Samuel and Margaret Bozoian

My husband and I could not have been more impressed and pleased with Max & Owen’s installation of our new American Standard Diamond AC unit. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable & courteous from start to finish! We love our new system and appreciate Chuck Bain’s attention to detail and kindness getting it done same day!! Highly recommend FH Furr for all AC needs! Thank you!
