I took my dad to the laboratory to get blood drawn and It was the worst service. I took my dad there and the way they talk to us was very disrespectful, even the atmosphere felt very unwelcome. I thought I was just overreacting but my dad also told me he didn’t like how he was treated. I understand there ir a kiosk to check yourself in but thank God I went with my dad otherwise they would have ridiculed him since he can’t see very well and doesn’t speak English. We will not be going there ever again. So if you are going there please be aware that they might treat you very bad.
I wanted to take a moment to recognize Ibtissam who is the staff member who checked me in yesterday for my lab work. Not only was she professional, she was welcoming as well and greeted me with a big smile. It changed the outlook on my entire visit and experience. The technician Kennedy who took care of me was outstanding as well. Highly recommend!
Very bad customer service. I had a order also from the Inova health system so I decided to come to this lab. It took some trial to get a human on the line. I was treated so horribly by the person because I did not go online to make an appointment that I decided to go to a different location.
I did not have an appointment. I got in and out quickly. Staff were professional. I would highly recommend.
