I am more than pleased with the care we received. I have a teenager who is terrified of needles, and Ms. Klein’s attention was impeccable—she didn’t even realize when her blood was drawn. Thank you so much. This is a highly recommended place.

We usually go to FFX hospital’s pediatric lab, but due to time constraints I booked an appt here for my 13M old. I was a little nervous that they would have difficulty with such a young and squirmy patient, but the 2 male phlebotomist who took care of us today were absolutely amazing.

LabCorp recently changed locations without notifying customers. I arrived at 7:30 AM for my appointment, only to find the new location opens at 8:00 AM. This lack of communication and inconvenience could have easily been avoided with a simple notification about the change in location and updated opening hours. It's incredibly frustrating to show up on time for an appointment only to be met with such an unexpected delay.

Extremely bad customer service, only two people worked behind the counter. I went at 1:30 and around 3 pm the still were working for my two kids blood work and putting in system. They had no management every one who came after me did not had appointment either but they just kept me putting me on hold. I am pretty sure it will take half hour before I am out from here. I had to be in very grumpy mood and asked them to get it done.

Updated review. If you can make an appointment online in advance (days, weeks or even months in advance), it helps you get in and out quickly, especially when you check-in via the mobile app. It’s important to check in on your phone, because the line at the kiosks can be long if you get there when they open. With acute medical issues, scheduling in advance sometimes isn’t possible. If I ever need bloodwork the same day as a medical issue, I realize there might be a long wait if I’m a walk-in. They have ample seating and know that the staff will take care of everyone. They open at 8:00am and I had an 8:00am appt today. When I arrived at 7:54am there were about 8 people waiting at the door. I had scheduled my appt online two months ago, since I have a standing order every few months) and was seen first and out by 8:06am. I’m writing this also so patients will know why someone might get seen first if they aren’t first in line. This Labcorp is at 43490 Yukon Drive, #112, Ashburn, VA. I’m glad they moved from their previous location because now there is ample parking, yay! And there are handicapped parking spots in front of the entrance. Labcorp is located at the back of the building. If you’re driving near the building and you see Subway, you’re close, drive to the back of the building and you’ll see the Labcorp sign on the door, see photos. This is a new office, so everything looks new. The staff was very friendly and the lab technician was gentle as I needed to get bloodwork done. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
